Google Bad Review: Called to ask about their home help service was asked to email in to enquire
even though I had disabilities that restrict me from online access which i told them about apparently they cant discuss this on the phone? How do they risk assess or discuss the needs of an individual then?They also cant apparently discuss care needs on the phone and although their manager was free in the office confirmed by girl who answered the phone. I was told to call back the next day. At no point they wasnt forth coming to My number to call me back and no attempt made to take my enquiry. They are happy to turn away custom. Highly disappointed
