Google Bad Review: Disappointing. Booked a space for 40th birthday party based on the fact that they have a DJ on Saturdays which I’d organised with them. Turned up to the venue 30 mins before guests were due to arrive and was told flippantly that the DJ had cancelled. Would have at least expected a phone call to give me the heads up in advance – especially as I had paid £260 deposit with another £200 to go. But I did get my money back and thankfully The Arful Duke next door welcomed us all in at the very last minute. They were superb and we had a brilliant night there.
