Google Bad Review 1: Had a telephone conversation with them and they asked for an email to be sent outlining what I was looking for with regards to my domestic alarm setup. I did this, and they then declined to provide a quote blaming high petrol prices as the reason.
Considering I was requesting a quote for a URN system and would have, obviously, then remained a paying client for years to come, this seems to be poor business logic. Especially as they consider themselves the best in the UK – not sure how that works when you refuse to service a major UK city in the north of the UK.
However, it saves me from recommending them to any of my clients, which is good.

Google Bad Review (2): Their service through the contract was okay. At the beginning (approximately 7 years ago), their service was excellent. The company then dropped the ball. So many times I ring up. Give them my postcode and they tell me my name, which is inappropriate for any kind of security.
I ended my contract with them, was not told to cancel the standing order, so am due a refund.
What kind of company in 2021 only issues cheques?
I told them that I am shielding due to vulnerable family members so avoiding the bank branch would be best.
I was told they would check with their superior and let me know. I get an email saying a cheque has been issued.
