Google Bad Review 1:  RUSHED service, RUDE staff, very COLD restaurant.
The place looks cozy and welcoming but don't be fooled!! The staff wanted to take our order 1 minute after we arrived and kept coming back every minute saying their kitchen closes at 11pm (it was 9pm!). When I was ready to order after 10mins they kicked us out because my friend wasn't having any food just drinks. I'd understand if the restaurant was busy but it was a few tables filled only. We asked why weren't we notified that we both need to have a meal but they wouldn't communicate with us.They were really unpleasant and downright RUDE! NEVER COMING BACK Their loss, I eat a lot!

My meal lasted 25 minutes and I have been told that they don't usually accept only one guest. So, next time just say it in advance rather than treat people like it. Google Bad Review 1:  It was a nice 5pm afternoon table booking and we went for the feast menu. It was rather disappointing that the staff told us the sharing portion of the blue grey would be more than 800g for three of us however only served just about 700g with a lot of bone and fat. And just after we decided to order another 400g middlewhite chop to share, we were told we didn’t have enough time before their next booking so had to give up. We asked for the manager to explain about the mistake however only got an arrogant response and she literally didn’t care. Won’t go back again, it’s a real shame as we always walk pass it and finally got the chance to try today.

No amazing flavor, no amazing quality, no justification for the price…

Tiny place, extremely tight tables that cannot fit 2 plates in front of each other, does not deserve the rating its getting !

Would not come back, would not recommend… stay away!

To finish a a good note though, the staff was very nice.

Google Bad Review 1:  Was given off prawns. Rather than apologise, I was told I was wrong.
Whilst the order was replaced, the prawn remained on the bill. However, this was removed when challenged. When leaving, no attempts were made to apologise for the poor experience. It's a shame, previous experiences have been good.

Google Bad Review (2):  My wife and I decided to visit this cafe on Sunday 24/07/22. At first we walked in and was greeted and seated. There was a sign saying garden area, we asked if we could go into the garden, they duly sat us next to a table and positioned the chairs so we were facing the people on the table next to us. This was very uncomfortable to say the least. They proceeded to sit others down and take their order, meanwhile ignoring us. We had a buggy with us and one waiter said can I move the buggy? We said yes and he squeezed past. The buggy wasn’t in the way. He was making an issue. My wife and I got up and left the cafe. We said goodbye and they said bye back. Not even realising we hadn’t even eaten or had a drink. This place is pretentious, overpriced and uncomfortable. It was just a money spinner for them. We went to Giardino’s instead and had a lovely breakfast. You want my advice? Run and don’t look back. Btw I have to give a star rating to leave a review, the star I have given is far too generous for our experience there.

The manager is so rude, we were left with empty glasses for ages, and when we complained to manager he said policy was was booking when glass nearly empty it would be refilled. Brunches should be free flowing and nothing in booking conditions to say so. The bar staff so helpful, especially Kiki, she should be manager! They don’t deserve to be at the brunt end of the managers awful personal relation skills. Hope every one avoids this place until manager realises customers Are important! Won’t be returning anytime soon’
