Google Bad Review 1:  My opinion based on my customer experience with them is that of incompetence and lack of honour. I purchased an order online to collect at the Croydon branch. A few days later I travelled there to collect. On arrival, the store manager told me they decided a few days ago not to honour my purchase. They did not bother to even inform me earlier by phone, SMS, email, or any other means. Because of their decisions and inaction, I travelled across London for nothing; wasting both time and money.
Dishonourable and incompetent.

Google Bad Review (2):  People just park all over the place. Always crowded. I was there earlier and even though the stuff was in stock online and allowed me to place an order. I got to the site. Had to wait a while whilst some staff just told me they cannot find the item I ordered. Not even an apology. To be fair. I did go to another screw fix close by. But it's a waste of my time. If only toolstation had the items I would have gone there as staff are more friendly and shops always less crowded
