Google Bad Review (2):  Rude people. Rip off prices, ruined my day. Plant had multiple price tags, which means they should sell for the lowest by trading standards rules. When I returned a half dead clematis because they had charged me more than twice the lowest marked sale price, they treated me with contempt. Saying ‘we are sorry' in a sing song voice, is not an apology.
