Google Bad Review (2): Terrible food ordering experience. I've come on the last day of Christmas food ordering, 10 minutes to 5pm. Was told it was too late to order! Very unpleasant elderly lady explained that I shouldn't have left it for the last minute. She was clearly too busy chatting with someone next to her to take my order. Won't be using M&S again, thank you.
