Google Bad Review 1:  Be careful, lousy after-sales service. After paying an expensive customs cost for its shipment (in my country, if the package is well declared, the value is not that high, but it wasn't), the shipment had an error and I received two earrings of the right side (the earrings are curved inwards and you can notice that). After many emails they told me that they had sent me the spare part, that I should not worry and that they would assume the customs costs. The replacement never arrived. I paid a high price for some earrings and I can't wear them…

The jewellery is of high quality and the ring sizing accurate. They have a quick delivery system and the items arrive well packaged and well presented.
