Google Bad Review 1:  This has got to be the worst company ever to deal with. i can clearly see why they have negative reVIEWS. i CALLED IN DEC to explain i would pay my service charge which was due in january at the end of january which was agreed. I called end of jan to pay and have been hit with a late payment fee of £60.00 . They are clearly wanting to make money out of people who are struggling paying their bills and said cause i was 30 days late and not 20 days late they could not waiver charge. jokers

Google Bad Review (2):  i have been a resident in my flat for 14 years and cared for it myself i was to have a inspection in jan but they did not come they came 3 weeks ago took photoes in and out made a report i have got damp in my kitchen and outside the bricks have blown he sent his report back and said there was nothing wrong the maintance man then came and took more photoes and they came round and cermented the blown bricks i have meny problems and have not seen them i have always paid my rent on time i wanted a new kitchen put in as other residents have had new i feel mainstay are not being fair with me
