Google Bad Review:  I heard of the garage through JustPark that reminded me my MOT was due. The location and waiting room is very lovely and I also enjoyed the convenient communication via WhatsApp.

What I didn’t enjoy was the lies!! I was told by the HiQ that XYZ needed replacing for my MOT. Upon panicking and obtaining advice from a family friend, HiQ then stated it was just a tyre that needed replacing. I realised immediately this was a tactic of HiQ hoping I wouldn’t have questioned it and just paid loads. I thought to overlook this.

But they also advised that my break pads needed replacing and weren’t up to par at all but would pass MOT. I then ordered the parts I needed, for immediate replacement only to be told by an award winning garage there is nothing wrong with my brake pads and the tyre HiQ replaced is in awful condition – rated D.

I do not advise anyone attending this garage if you have little/no knowledge of cars. Clearly it was at my expense here and I was lied to. I have taken the time to write this review as this is unacceptable.
