Google Bad Review (2):  I called today on the 15th of January.
Whoever was Reception was extremely rude, just because we was unsure on what address our cat was registered at as he was foal farm rescue, she answered back very rudely ‘for future reference he is not registered at your house' in such a nasty tone.

I do not know who it was, but they are an embarrassment to the vets and put a bad name on the service provided, as the vets there are fantastic it is such a shame..
