Google Bad Review 1: BAD BAD BAD! SCAMMERS I sent my excess fee of £75 for my $30 bill and my paperwork in November and now they are claiming they’ve didn’t receive my bill and the hospital sent them a further invoice. So what started out as a $30 bill could be a hell of a lot more. In the middle of a dispute so wish me luck!

Google Bad Review (2): Terrible, avoid at all costs, I was taken very ill whilst traveling in Central America. I had a severe kidney infection that was possibly life threatening, the hospital called Explorer Travel to see if they could get the go ahead with treatment and they declined. I had to be treated otherwise my life could be at risk, then at the end of my treatment I had to foot the bill for the hundreds of dollars it cost. I am disgusted by the service.
