Google Bad Review 1: Absolutely shocking service! Pre booking requires information relating to sizes of bridesmaids/brides and budget. This information was pointlessly collates as bare no relevance to your visit. The staff did not take any note of this and range was limited. A £25 fee was charged for the booking. It was very quickly apparent that very few dresses were in a size above 12 and due to limited range/sizes it was difficult to make a selection. After pointing this out to staff and thanking them for time but explaining this wasn't what we expected, it was very RUDELY insinuated that we were being ‘too loud' by another member of staff on the phone. To be clear, we were the only people in the shop and we were talking at normal volume. All on all was in and out in 10 minutes so asked for the fee to be returned. The person on the phone abruptly asked what the issue was and after explaining, sarcastically apologised and said they don't usually give refunds but would on this occassion Absolutely obnoxious and pompous staff who clearly feel a self inflated sense of importance and completely ruined what should have been a very pleasant experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

Google Bad Review (2): Although I had made an appointment I got stuck in the corner room. Mostly served by a work experience girl who had been there two days and although she was nice and tried to be helpful she didn’t know how dresses went and was asking me as staff weren’t available. I didnt get to try on all the dresses I picked out due to staffs lack of attention and could barely see in mirror as dresses hanging in room blocked view.
They didn’t head much to budget or style but were very pushy on sales and buying by a certain date.
Think even if I’d found a dress I loved I wouldn’t want to buy from here due to service.
More worried about answering phones to book more appointments then actually catering to those in store.
