Google Bad Review 1:  Latest update: Dr. Ray billed me for non-existing visit and I found it out by reading line by line of the bill. I called them immediately and they never bother to send me a corrected bill before they sent my bill to collections. Be aware! They called me in late August and they asked me for 3 payments and remove my review on google. I agreed on the payment plan but rejected to remove my post. Today I called them to pay the bill again, but the lady on the phone told me just wait for the collection's company to call me. I was shocked. They would put dents on my credit score as a revenge even I agreed to pay the amount back in August. I figured that they sent my bill to collections just because I wont remove this post. But I have the freedom of telling the truth. That's my point. I am telling all of you that be careful of this business. –updated on Oct 11, 2018.

The masseuse there just took short cuts and cut down the time from around 30 min to 20 min but still charge the full amount. I have been there around 10 times and it was like that exactly. Not very professional. But this is nothing comparing with the next. One day, I received a big bill from them saying the insurance won't pay this amount and it would be from my own pocket. It is more than $500 and they demanded me pay them in 2 install payments in a month. I said I had other medical expenses need to pay to other doctors so can I do 4 payments instead. They said no and would send my bill to collections right away. Very rude and does not care about patients. They are just greedy to get money right with shoddy work. Do patients deserve to be sent to collections with just a change to the install payments they demanded? People can not send one big bill one day and ask patients to pay it off in 2 payments in a month otherwise will be with collections. I have never seen such a doctor before in my life, seriously, which is why I posted this. If you care about your credit score, please walk away. He would screw you up with no hesitation. Money is his only God. I was wondering how much he care about patients or he just peek at your pocket only. Low moral and no business ethics. Don't know how he managed to get those good reviews. Have they ever received medical bills from Dr. Ray? That's my question.

Google Bad Review (2):  The receptionist at this place was exceedingly rude. I was there to deliver a food order and from the minute I stepped inside the door she was unfriendly and mean. It wasn't my fault that the customer I was delivering the food to, put the wrong address in. This receptionist could have been more understanding and less hostile to me. So bottom line I wouldn't go here on my own personal business because of this woman.
