Google Bad Review 1:  This dealer lacks communication skills, and cars are slightly overpriced too when comparing the market. My first point abut communication is to do with email.

Dont bother sending an email for questions on any of their stock as they NEVER come back to you. I find this terrible, if they dont like email correspondance with the public, then dont offer for customers to email you. Its very rude not to reply, especially when they are opened and read but no reply.

Second point is the prices – worked out at least 200 – 300 pounds over priced on most of their stock, however if they cant be bothered to answer email, makes you wonder what the after sales service would be like. Sory K Cars (Paul) but you just lost a customer!

I merit the 1 star to the very polite and friendly car cleaner/valeting man , who seemed to be the only person on the car lot when we visited after not getting any reply to our email, said the boss was out, had no other staff. One man band by looks of it. Cars are parked very close to each other feels closterphobic. We went to Country car sales opposite K Cars and they managed to serve us.

Google Bad Review (2):  Purchased an Astra estate about a month ago which is now dumped at the end of my drive unused, I paid an extortionate amount for a 56 plate hoping it was low mileage and in good condition but how wrong I was, the car cannot be driven due to the fact that when you apply the brakes the whole cabin fills with a strong chemical smell which makes everyone in the car sick and no mechanic can find what the problem is they all think the car has been bodged back together in some way.
