Google Bad Review 1:  They Had my iPad for 6 weeks , went in for them to fix on/off button, they explained they would need to take screen off, done this and broke screen .I was ringing a few times a week as they said they were waiting for screen , not once did they ring me even though every time I rang them they said they would. Finally they said they could not fix it as old screen was glued on which I had told them initially. Ended up getting a refurb which they said would be 3/4 days this took 2 weeks . Will never use again

Google Bad Review (2):  I went to Diskworld, Welling 3 years ago, with my Sony Vaio VGN FZ31Z. After a month they said that the laptop needs new motherboard. The repairs were put on hold, and we bought a new laptop. Recently, we found someone who deals with this model's motherboard. We took the laptop out and turned it on. It ran some memory tests, showing only 2GB RAM instead of the 4GB it has. And Yes, the memorystick was missing. The guys from DISKWORLD stole the memorystick 3 years ago. SHAME ON YOU, we trusted you.
