Google Bad Review 1:  Booked an appointment this week on Tuesday for a viewing and was canceled 1 hour before the appointment because agent was not feeling well so I rescheduled the appointment to later this week and I get a call again 2 hours before the appointment that they have to cancel because the property has been sold ( considering selling properties don’t just happen without warning or paperwork. ) No offer to seeing other properties that are similiar especially when customers take time off work to go to viewings. Just asked to reschedule again. Not sure if they are the most reliable agency to work with and I definately don’t recommend working with them. Very unprofessional.

Google Bad Review (2):  The worse agency in the world! They were so unprofessional for a London company, they did mistakes from the beginning about the calculation of my rent and deposit, which i needed to correct and after they never help me for all the problems i ve got with the appartement: No lights, no heater (for winter you can imagine!) They didn't reply my email! it and I when i left the flat they didn't give me my entire money back with no reason, they stole me 250 £ because they knew i won't go to court for this amount! DON T GO there it is a real experience and advice !!!
