Google Bad Review 1: Very bad and unfriendly service in Jinli Restaurant. Customers are not allowed to come in side the restaurant if their partners don’t come together. The Chinese staff replied with a very unfriendly attitude even though there are a lot of empty chairs in side!!!!! Very rude!!!! We were the only customers outside and there was no one else. I expect the Chinese staff explain to us in a more patient and polite way, instead of educating customers! Usually, restaurants provide menu when customers wait inside. But Jinli restaurant dose not.

Google Bad Review (2): (Translated by Google) We ordered a hotpot and were served a completely different dish. They sat us in a corner in the back, where we barely had room to move. Dirty bathrooms, with feminine products thrown on the floor. When paying, they threw the bill on the table without exchanging a word… If I chose to eat in Chinatown, it's because I like the food they have. Unfortunately they don't see it that way, it seems that we annoyed them and the treatment received left a lot to be desired. Truly a bad experience.

Pedimos un hotpot y nos sirvieron un plato totalmente distinto. Nos sentaron en una esquina en la parte trasera, donde apenas teníamos lugar para movernos. Los baños sucios, con productos femeninos tirados en el piso. Al momento de pagar nos tiraron sobre la mesa la cuenta sin cruzar palabra alguna… Si elegí comer en el barrio chino, es porque me gusta la comida que tienen. Lamentablemente no lo ven así, parece que les molestamos y el trato recibido dejó bastante que desear. Realmente una experiencia nefasta.
