Google Bad Review 1: Went for a meeting. Had the worst coffee ever. I am an avid coffee drinker and by far it was way below par.

Google Bad Review (2): When we arrived, after a long flight and train ride, we were assigned a room and, before I left the counter, were reassigned to another room because someone was occupying ours. We headed to the 2nd floor, to a different room. Upon arriving, the key wouldn’t work. My family stayed there and I ran down to get new keys. I then returned to the second. When I arrived, my family said another family passed them, had keys that worked in the room and were in there. I returned to the lobby. This time, we were reassigned to a room on the 6th floor. I went to the second, gathered the luggage and my family and headed to the 6th floor. (I was also told by a gentleman he would call me in 30 minutes.) We opened the room and were greeted by a pile of dirty towels on the floor. The beds and bathroom were filthy the room had not been cleaned. I told my senior mother and my son to wait there and I returned to the lobby. This time, a 4th person helped me. I was told we would be upgraded to an “executive” room. We went up to room 709. It was the exact same as the room we had been in on the 6th floor, except there was a sparkling water and a Halloween treat sized kit kat. And, for the record, no one has called me.
We went down to the restaurant in the lobby “Belgo”. In there, my son did not receive his meal. When I told the waitress, she didn’t apologize or offer to remove any charges. My advice, avoid this hotel.
