Google Bad Review: The property does NOT match the number of stars given. It feels grubby and old. Worse yet, the cieling started leaking over one of the beds and we got nothing from the management. Not even a weak apology. Just a shrug.
The elevator has been out of order for more than a week. Not worth the stay. Go somewhere better.

Google Bad Review 1: We had booked the Clarendon hotel and were informed the day before that we had to go to the Beauchamp hotel. We were informed that we would be given priority check in for arrivals from 1pm. We arrived after 3pm for check in, there was one member of staff at reception and a queue. The first two ladies being taken care of were apologised to for the confusion, the next family was checked on reasonably quickly, then the next family who had booked two rooms adjacent to each other were told that the rooms were on separate floors. There was more delay and then it was our turn to check in. It was by then after 3.30pm that we could check in to be told the room was not ready when we were supposed to be able to check in from 1pm. I insisted they got us a room ready and we were told they were doing their best. The staff seemed completely disorganised… We barely got a greeting after that. Totally unacceptable… don't stay in this hotel

Google Bad Review (2): Very disappointed and not worth the money, would not recommend! Had booked to stay in a triple room at sister hotel Grange WhiteHall , when we arrived we where given a room which was only for 2 adults when we booked and paid for a triple room (3 adults) – the room we where put in had two small single beds pushed together with a large gap in the middle. I headed straight to reception to inform them we had booked a triple room. After waiting around for a good while we then where told they had no other rooms in the hotel so they would have to move us to a sister hotel Grange beauchamp, so we then had to cart our luggage and walk to other hotel and complete the whole check in process again was a terrible inconvenience and not acceptable!! In Grange beauchamp we where put in room 008 which is in the basement , it was horrible and didn't smell nice at all. The towels we where provided with smelt awful and we where unable to use!! Tv had a crack inside the screen which made it annoying to watch, iron press in room did not work . To make it even worse the electric blew twice in the room and it took us to explain to staff it might be a fuse which it was and we had to ring a number of times to remind them no one had come yet and it took them ages to resolve. This is a great health and safety concern!! Also we took breakfast one day and the toast provided was cold , the fresh fruit was warm along with not a great overall experience or service so we did not go down for this on any of the other mornings!! Hotel also in need of complete refresh of painting carpets etc. Noise in room all night due to ventilation system rattling which lead to a sleepless night. Don’t stay at this hotel!! Also photos on website do not reflect how the rooms looks they are very run down, not fresh and over priced. We will not be back. We went to to this hotel for 3 night stay to celebrate a big birthday and the hotel was a disgrace.
