Google Bad Review 1:  -20 stars for this service and woman who began shouting, making excuses, swearing at me after lying that she can do what I ask and having a totally unprofessional place.
The woman who did my nails was a straight up fraud, and obviously an amateur with nails. The place smells of urine, she left the table about 5 times, her young son was shouting and running up to us hitting me on the back and it was the most unprofessional environment I have ever seen. She was shouting at him the entire time, we could hear him in the toilet and she was taking rushed phone calls during our service. She even left the table to get him food and afterwards says I am lying that only once she got up, and that I am being inhumane as she has asthma.
On the phone she told me she can do gel marble effect nails for £38, and when I arrived said that she can only do plain gel nails for £55 per person. I went for my sister's birthday all the way from Enfield to Marylebone and after receiving a really horrible and extremely bulky and rough manicure she said that for 2 people it would cost £110. She was not even looking at us when completing the service, barely creaming the hands with 0 massage even though online it says we should get it, overall looking bored and not filing properly at all. She was completely distracted and bored, even when I asked her what designs she can do – all of her answers were unclear and seemed as though she could not do any of it and that I am asking too much.

After closer inspection I went back in to complain. My nails were barely and badly shaped, rough underneath as she had filed them last, with the bulkiest, thick and clumsy nail application I have seen. It look like a child had done my nails, even though she told me she can do green nails with glitter tips for £55, it turned out like a £2 nail varnish top with sparse glitter and was generally very terrible. When I went back complained she began shouting and me and arguing, starting to blame me and even swear at me, despite her lying about price on the phone and completely ignoring the horrible experience she had given both me and my sister. She completely ruined my sister's suprise, as I didn't know this woman would competely refuse a refund and basically scam/steal from me infront of my face, £110 for 2 pairs of bulky plain gel nails which even a 5 year old could do better. She was extremely rude, shouting at me for about 20 – 30 minutes and I knew this was a rip off. The woman who did my nails was only attentive when processing payment, otherwise completely oblivious to the fact she was supposed to give us a good service.

I left my details with her and I am expecting her to contact her boss, as I asked for a manager and she rudely said she has no obligation to get the manager as I am not entitled to any refund as she completed the service. I am expecting a full refund of this place having experienced such a horrible afternoon from London Top Nails and Beauty.
£110 for someone to shout and swear at me, bulky horrible nails, her son being silly and coming over to us every 5 minutes, the urine smell and the fraudulent claims she can do what I asked for in the price of £38.

Google Bad Review (2):  Bad smell and unprofessional. Not to mention upcharging for services not previously agreed upon that were added on unbeknownst to me. I paid an obscene amount, basically the price of TWO manicures, for one subpar job. Never again. Heed the bad reviews. Dissatisfaction all around.
