I sent an enquiry through email, no response, which is fine, so 7 working days later, I called to ask politely then whoever the guy was, just interrupted me and went ‘NOT INTRESTED' then hung up on me…???
Literally awful experience ever.

Google Bad Review (2):  Warning take extreme care before using this company. They applied a substance to my flat roof to repair leaks around a skylight and within 2 months the substance had cracked and failed. 2 x surveyors have since confirmed to me that the surface was not properly prepared and the substance not suitable. The proprietor Steven Dickinson's solution is to come back and re-apply the same substance which defies all logic. He is refusing to issue a refund and I am taking to small claims court.
