Google Bad Review 1:  No one showed up or called to say they werent coming, so cant offer a review of work as nothing was carried out. Customer service at a lot of these places is awful I have had so many companies not bothering to show i've decided to save my money and do the work myself with friends. I Cannot be bothered with unreliable companies such a waste of time.

Google Bad Review (2):  Kellie arrived to give us a quotation on quite a considerable garden project. She was here at the property for over an hour and enthusiastically talked through all our plans. At the end she suggested that she would be bombarding us with information and ideas over the weekend and promised a quotation asap.

Since then we have heard absolutely nothing apart from eventually receiving her email address after multiple reminders. Her visit was on 11 February it's now over a month later and we have essentially been ghosted by her! This to me is just pure time wasting and not the way I like to do business, others in my position beware before contacting this company for a quote!

In response to the response below – The storms have nothing to do with it, they happened a week after you attended the property and we heard nothing from you during that week or thereafter. The timing of the project is also irrelevant given that all we wanted was a quote for the planned works. This is not a good way to keep prospective customers on side.
