Google Bad Review 1:  Needed a few links taken out of my watch strap. Called these guys in the morning to see if they could do the job, they were happy to oblige and everything seemed fine. Went to drop the watch off, and was told to come back in 20 minutes.

Arrived back at the shop, and was told that the work ‘couldn't be done'. They didn't have a tool small enough to fit into the pin openings. No problem, I thought. I could just try another place.

I took the watch back, and looked at the strap. One of the links had a crack through it, and was seriously scratched up. The hinge motion to the next link was also very stiff. Clearly these guys had tried to force a tool in there and had broken the link in the process. I was told ‘It must've been like that when you came in', then ‘There's nothing wrong, I can't see anything wrong!', and finally ‘Send it back, it's faulty!'. Anything to avoid admitting they had damaged my watch.

I eventually gave up arguing with them, and luckily found another place a few shops down that took out the broken link and did the job in no time.

Avoid this place! Incompetent staff with no respect for your property, who will lie to you rather than admit they made a mistake!
