Google Bad Review 1:  The store was empty but they made me queue outside saying it was too busy. This seems to be typical of ‘luxury’ shopping experiences which seem to think you are lucky to be spending thousands of pounds in their store. I suppose I should be eternally thankful to omega for the chance to spend thousands of pounds.

No thanks I’ll go elsewhere.

Google Bad Review (2):  Bought a watch this week from this AD. I dealt with the Boutique Manager. I paid by BACS immediately. As it was a Saturday, the manager told me he would check with the finance department on Monday morning and let me know as soon as they saw my transfer.
As it happens I rang just before lunch. He hadn’t checked. He then confirmed money had been received.
My complaint is simple. Don’t say you are going to do something if you can’t be bothered to do it. At the moment we are in lockdown. Not many people are spending £0000s on watches.
Find an independent dealer who cares about customer service. Not this place.
