Google Bad Review 1:  Essentially we were massively misquoted for a job which was need up being twice as much as they had indicated during email communication. Then due to turning up two days late, we had no choice to accept the price quoted on the day to not ruin our whole project. The contractors who came were helpful and would review them highly seperately but the communication and misquote from this company cost us hundreds of pounds.
Having then followed up with them to query this and showing email evidence to back, two of their advisors seemingly agreed with out points, before a manager who refused to speak with us obviously told them not give provide any compensation.
A pure money making fraud of a service and our only advice is to never use them in a time pressured situation where you don't have flexibility to negotiate in case you fall into one of their either deliberate scams, or accidental incompetence.
