Google Bad Review 1:  Just queried a delivery which was due on Friday 27th August and have just been told its in customs clearance now(Weds 1st September) and should be delivered either tomorrow or Friday. This means it will be a week late! Apparently this can happen with orders, but there is nothing on the website to advise you this could be the case. The person I spoke to had no empathy and the attitude was basically …tough! I will use Helloprint in future, slightly more expensive but at least being UK based they won't have this issue and they have never let me down previously.

Google Bad Review (2):  I forwarded a design to Saxoprint that I used before with a competitor of theirs (A5 leaflet, made with Canva). Saxoprint informed me that they could not use it as my A5 size was not matching their requirements. That's fair enough but, as I'm not a designer, changing sizes to my artwork would have been complicated. Ideally I'd have cancelled the order and went back to their competitor… Buy it turns out that Saxoprint would charge you for the cancellation. Given that policy, I had to waste time redesigning a work that is ok for others. Saxoprint offers a service to help with that, but the last thing I'd have done is to pay them even more. So I wasted time, redesigned and got my leaflets eventually. A well earned bad review. Will not use again, neither recommend.
