Google Bad Review:  I would never use Shurgard storage, I called up to get a price as I was in the process of selling my property and I was waiting on my completion date,
I told the man at Shurgard that my property isn’t ready and that I’d contact them as soon as I know the date, he then went on and I felt pressured to sign up and Insisted I payed an up front fee!
My situation then changed and I haven’t needed Shurgard services and I’ve now been waiting for my refund for months!!!! I’m constantly being told that it will be in my account and accounts is dealing with it!
It is absolutely terrible that I have to chase my refund and to be constantly fobbed off!
I have my own business and would never treat anyone like this especially when it’s the customers money and have every right for it back.

I still have not received my money back.

So to anyone looking for storage don’t pay anything up front until you know what your situation is and you won’t get it back!
