Google Bad Review:  Where can I start? I’ve never taken the time out to write a negative review before. To summarise, two years of a miserable experience: Worst dental practice I’ve ever come across. Complete lack of follow through when they start a treatement process, for a treatment plan they can only offer you one appointment even if they know you will need two or three appointments to finish a root canal. This means a treatment plan that can be finished in a month can take months. They miss important signs that could avoid future problems and avoid unnecessary cost to patients. I recently asked for X-rays and was told that all was ok. I went to another dentist recently who identified I have a bad tooth that will require a tooth extraction. What a waste of my money and time paying for X-rays if they can’t identify the most basic of things. Worst of all – they have a completely incompetent surgeon who failed at a tooth implant (twice) costing me almost 4 thousands of pounds (my new and current dentist told me it’s a simple procedure). Further There is no after care after a big surgery, as their surgeon only visits the clinic once a month. So if you have issues post surgery they ask you to wait a month before you can see the surgeon for an opinion or consultation. To top it off one of their dentists (Sandra Garcia Martin) is dismissive/rude (maybe partly defensive even) when Informing her of that I am still experiencing serious pain in my tooth months after a root canal, trying to convince me that the pain I’m experiencing is in my head. I was silly to keep this practice as my main dental clinic but it was convenient as it is close to my home. I will never visit this dental practice again and I suggest you find elsewhere if you are looking for a reliable practice to give you proper professional guidance and thorough recommendations for your dental treatment. AVOID. Awful awful experience.

Google Bad Review 1:  What felt initially like a cute and intimate experience left us feeling rather cheated unfortunately. We ordered bagels with falafel and sat there only to see them then remove both the bagels and falafel directly out of the commercial packaging we would usually buy in the local supermarket, and at a fraction of the cost. And then they charged us £10 for each one! I understand that it's a small place with a tiny kitchen space, but that's just exploitative.

Then my wife requested a cup of hot water as she has had digestive issues and just needed some water with her food. We were shocked to see they charged us £2.50 for the privilege of water from the tap.

The staff were friendly but we felt horribly dispirited afterwards, as if we'd been ripped off like tourists.

We most certainly won't be returning.

Google Bad Review (2):  AVOID dealing with this shambles of a company – Don’t book a viewing with Tess Silcock from Strutt & Parker, she don’t show up and goes on annual leave instead!

Relocating to London from Lincolnshire for work. Arranged a viewing at 12 Aubrey Road a week in advanced with Tess which also was confirmed via email. She did not turn up, called the office and was told she is on annual leave and that property has been taken off for rent. They advised me that they would call Tess and try get her to contact me directly. After 10 min Tess called me directly and confirmed this property was not available as the landlord decided he didn’t want to rent it out anymore. When asked why she didn’t tell me this a few days before so we didn’t have to waste our time coming (baring in mind we had travelled 3hr from the north to get to London) she responded they were too busy taking it off their website. I thought are you being serious? Surely you would let the potential renter know as soon as possible that it’s not available!!!

It was a wasted journey, luckily enough we had a few other viewings which all the estate agents had SHOWED UP! You might wanna take note Tess, very unprofessional, flippant attitude and it might do you some good getting some customer service training. I wouldn’t trust this company to find someone to rent your property, go else where there’s plenty of estate agents in London!

There not worth any stars if that was a option!!

Google Bad Review (2):  AVOID dealing with this shambles of a company – Don’t book a viewing with Tess Silcock from Strutt & Parker, she don’t show up and goes on annual leave instead!

Relocating to London from Lincolnshire for work. Arranged a viewing at 12 Aubrey Road a week in advanced with Tess which also was confirmed via email. She did not turn up, called the office and was told she is on annual leave and that property has been taken off for rent. They advised me that they would call Tess and try get her to contact me directly. After 10 min Tess called me directly and confirmed this property was not available as the landlord decided he didn’t want to rent it out anymore. When asked why she didn’t tell me this a few days before so we didn’t have to waste our time coming (baring in mind we had travelled 3hr from the north to get to London) she responded they were too busy taking it off their website. I thought are you being serious? Surely you would let the potential renter know as soon as possible that it’s not available!!!

It was a wasted journey, luckily enough we had a few other viewings which all the estate agents had SHOWED UP! You might wanna take note Tess, very unprofessional, flippant attitude and it might do you some good getting some customer service training. I wouldn’t trust this company to find someone to rent your property, go else where there’s plenty of estate agents in London!

There not worth any stars if that was a option!!
