Google Bad Review 1:  THE WORST COMPANY EVER – PLEASE AVOID!
I guess you might be lucky and get a good “ops” (as per other reviews) however if you get the one I had you are in a huge trouble. My floors are completely ruined and the skirting is damaged.
The evaluator returned after I complained and confirmed the damage and they promised to fix and then the funniest part started… they just did not show up on two agreed appointments! Today (second time) I was sitting with my suitcase packed at 8 am to let them in and vacate the apartment for 2 nights as they requested (making all arrangements) and they just did not come explaining that they were not sure whether they have the right means to fix the damage. Although yesterday at 6:30 pm they confirmed the appointment.
Tom from the offices is very nice and polite on the phone and doing a great job in trying to avoid liability and asking to reschedule every time.

DON'T BOTHER YOURSELF WITH THIS COMPANY!

Google Bad Review (2):  Absolutely a joke to call themselves ‘Experts'. They sent over a fellow to sand our floors, he was foul mouthed and always in a foul mood…. I had to ask him to stop swearing in front of my 2 year old. But apart from that, the finish of the job was absolutely abysmal. He didn't have a clue what he was doing and he even mentioned that back in his country he was an IT guy and hated this job with a passion.
We were not pleased; When we asked them to come and check the rubbish job they'd done, their own assessor said we should ask for a full refund. And so we did, but the reply from the rude and extremely indifferent woman dealing with our job, was that they would only give us back £150 of the 800 we paid them.
After I threatened them with court, they agreed to come and do the work again…. after 6 weeks.
In the end, they did an ok job, but really, not an ‘Expert' job by a long, long shot. And the stress it caused us was certainly not worth their mediocre work in the end. Utter rubbish.
