Google Bad Review 1: I went to this clinic for a consultation for my hyperpigmentation. I have extremely sensitive skin and I suffer from rosacea.
The consultant, if I can even call her that, seemed like she knows nothing about skin and treatments for it. How do you not know what laser resurfacing is? She shouldn’t be working there and giving people advice for sure! And she tried to trick me into paying more money than I had to as well. According to her, they have an offer for first treatment, 50% off, but only if you pay for one treatment and not a whole course. And she tried to get me to buy two treatments (which would have been 360£ according to her) either she was very uneducated herself or she thinks that of everyone else. By buying only one session I saved almost 100£. That’s a lot of money in my opinion.
I went there because I was looking for an IPL treatment, which I was told they do not offer, so she got me to pay for led plus rejuvapen. I wanted to cancel my appointment so I sent them an email. And guess what? No reply to this day, email sent same day of the booking.
I wanted to cancel because I found a clinic that actually offer what I want.
And only after I read that they don’t cancel appointments if you simply change your mind, what a disgrace of a company, it’s not like I was giving them a few hours of notice, I was giving them a whole month! How dare they?!
I do not recommend them, and will not be recommending them to anyone I know!

Google Bad Review (2): These scam artists charged me for a treatment which they later refused to provide. Their desk also refused the refund of the money they had charged me for it. They also failed to provide any reasonable grounds for either of the refusals. I was also threatened with forceful removal from the venue. I had to approach the security of the complex, the relevant department of the police, and my bank to raise the dispute. Thankfully, I received the amount back. However, I will be living the rest of my life with the disturbing memories of the horrible experience I've had with LCUK Ealing Broadway. I wish them the worst in life and I hope they see their loved ones being treated the same way as they treat their clients. If anyone wishes to take them to a court of justice to have them held accountable for their fraudulent ‘services', feel free to quote my lived experience, and if any evidence is required for the court, look me up on social media using my name and contact me anytime.
