Google Bad Review:  They work with partners in order to scam people out of their money.

Atlas Choice worked with Location Auto to ensure they took my money for a car thats worth 1/10th the value of the rental. When refusing to take that car and ordered him to give a replacement he assured me that he had no other car he can provide. So i cancelled and left they provided me with a receipt stating it was cancelled i was also assured that i will be fully refunded.

Discussing the refund with Atlas Choice they have com back with the fact i never stuck around for a coffee and for another car to turn up. lol the representative stated that they had no other car.

AtlasChoice have refused to refund me saying that their terms and conditions state that because i didnt take the car i still have to pay the full price.

well im afraid thats incorrect.. Not the car i was expecting to receive a Dacia Logan isnt ‘similar' to Peugeot 301 and that have no other cars.

My Bank will deal with it from here unless LocationAuto come back with a counter offer and provide a refund.

I will never ever use AtlasChoice and suggest everyone stay well back from it!

28 days since i didnt take the car.. and 14 days in constant communication with AtlasChoice. Only since i got my bank involved AtlasChoice refunded me in full.
