Google Bad Review: GO TO ANOTHER DENTIST! THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DO NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE. HAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH ANGELA, FOR WHICH I WAS A FEW MINS LATE (I WAS HOLDING ON THE PHONE TO THE PRACTICE FOR 15 MINS PRIOR TO MY APPT TO NOTIFY THEM I WOULD BE LATE, BY WHICH TIME I HAD MORE OR LESS ARRIVED AT MY APPOINTMENT). INSTEAD OF TELLING ME TO RESCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT, THE DENTIST, ANGELA, SAW ME FOR 3/4 MINUTES, SCALED THE BACK OF JUST 4/5 TEETH AND CHARGED ME FOR THE FULL APPOINTMENT. ANGELA DID NOT CARE TO EXAMINE ME PROPERLY, WAS FAFFING AROUND TRYING TO GET HER PC TO WORK, HER ASSISTANT HANDED ME EYE GOGGLES THAT WERE SMEARED AND COULD NOT BE SEEN THROUGH AND BEFORE I KNEW IT, I WAS OUT OF THE CHAIR AND DONE!!! IF YOU WANT TO BE CARED FOR AND TO RECEIVE WHAT YOUR PAY FOR, THEN GO ELSEWHERE. PLEASE NOTE, THIS DENTIST IS RE BRANDING FROM SACOOR DENTAL TO DENTAL BEAUTY ACTON – CHANGING THE NAME DOES NOT CHANGE THE SERVICE OR THE DENTISTS SO DO GO ELSEWHERE, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR TEETH, YOU NEED A TRUSTED, CARING AND PROFESSIONAL DENTISTS, WHICH THESE GUYS ARE NOT.
