Google Bad Review:  I booked Ibrahim for a power flush of my central heating. He started off OK but seemed to be rushing. He was quite messy spilling water everywhere on wooden flooring. When he had finished I noticed that the pressure of the boiler was 3.0 bar and I said that it was too high and should be between 1-1.5 bar, his words were “Who is the plumber”, and said that it needs to be 2.5 bar when heating up. I was really surprised and he said “use your phone to google it”. That was his downfall, because when I did it said on many forums that a pressured system should be between 1-1.5 bar. He got very angry, like a petulant child and de-pressured the system and bled the radiators very quickly spilling more water everywhere. He quickly took payment and rushed off. Not professional and left me very concerned because he thought that leaving my boiler with 3.0 bar of pressure was the right thing to do. I would not recommend Ibrahim because of his child-like behaviour, his sloppy workmanship and his poor knowledge on pressurised central heating systems.

After a few months I've changed the rating to 3 stars because apart from the issue he did carry out the power flush. They also called me to ask me to change it too. Google reviews can be lethal when it comes to business and hopefully my instance was a one-off.
