Google Bad Review 1: I should have wrote this a year ago! I brought a wig from this place and had it cut. I showed the guy a picture of what I wanted and it was notting like how I wanted it. the cut was uneven from one side and very short.i never noticed until my sister pointed it out at home. I did leave the shop unhappy as it was very short. the lady said don't worry we can add hair back in it just needs getting use too. as I was there for a very long time anyways I thought ok. I emailed the issue in and I was asked to come back in to have a look at the issue. when I was there I asked for NOT to cut the wig anymore. so the guy took it away and it came back cut again to make it even as the other side. I asked if he cut it he said no which was a lie!! I was very unhappy as they made me think that it was my fault I wanted it cut short. and also make me believe that the wig should be uneven looking of how the cut was. the manager even showed me a picture on her phone of Kate garraway (saying look her hair is uneven from one side too). made me feel like I was born yesterday! the wig hair cut was different from Kate garraways hair cut. its been a year and I still have not wore the wig out anywhere. i would also recommend going with someone! every time I look at the wig it just makes me sad and very unhappy!!
