Google Bad Review 1: Rented from this branch for a year and had a very unpleasant experience. They handed us over a dirty property, took months to get rid of unusable furniture, didn't give good maintenance to the property and then unfairly deducted money from our deposit where we had written and graphic proof on all the points. Needed to raise a case with the deposit protection company. Do not recommend using them at all as they are untrustworthy and it has costs us a lot of time and stress to deal with them.

We've had countless issues since moving to the apartment but the lack of communication from the property management is beyond frustrating now. We've emailed and called them several times to get our utility bills transferred and still no answer, meaning all of our bills will pile up and we will end up paying ££££ when they finally decide to get back to us. Cheers for that Fraser & Co!
