Google Bad Review:  Don't ever go to this pharmacy!!!
1st time I arrive there with a kid who has a fever, they tell me to go downstairs (baby started to cry of course, so the decided to help, nice), and while one woman went to take a medicine, the other starts to advertise a tooth gel!!! What? Do you really think it is an appropriate time to make ads???

2nd time I didn't have other options, was late at night and this pharmacy was open, so i came buy to check for the antibiotics for the kid. They wanted to charge me money for that (the reason was that I come from Germany, but the Safeer Pharmacy and the Boots Pharmacy did it for free for me anyways, just asked for the hotel address). And for the copy of prescription (needed it for the airport) extra 40p (again others did it for free without extra questions). To my luck Safeer Pharmacy down the street was open as well.

So conclusion: they are rude, ruthless and try to make money on everybody.

First time im made to wait 40 minutes for a treatment WITH appointment. I reschedule, come back a few days later with another appointment. They have erased my name from the register and pretend like i changed the appointment (i had not and i can see the name faded from register). They lie about this. Then ask me to wait half an hour again for my treatment because the women had taken on other clients and given my spot to other people. Total money making scheme and highly unprofessional. Did not get reimbursed. Did not get the treatment or any service. Such a waste.

Terrible attitude from the owner , but the staff were good and friendly. they offered me a deal but later on especially after all the businesses suffered from the pandemic… then they decided that the offer was “too good” and started to fake the deal and forge the document to show me they were right!! the stole 4 sessions of my laser appointment and the when I was trying to explain and defend my right, he threatened to hang up on me if I insist! I am still shaking while I am writing this. terrible experience and can't believe how easily they cheated on the deal!!

They have erased my name from the register and pretend like i changed the appointment (i had not and i can see the name faded from register). They lie about this. Then ask me to wait half an hour again for my treatment because the women had taken on other clients and given my spot to other people. Total money making scheme and highly unprofessional. Did not get reimbursed. Did not get the treatment or any service. Such a waste.
