Google Bad Review: Unfortunately i have had a really poor experience with Mihali. I have issues with my back and was really keen to get a sports massage. I noticed Mihali had excellent reviews and sent him an initial email. Although he said he was closed because of coronavirus he gave me some good information and said i could book once he was back open. I emailed again and got booked in. Mihali offered me an at home appointment for the same price as a clinic appointment so i chose this. Unfortunately this was the beginning of the poor experience. My appointment was re-booked 3 times, all within 24 hours of the appointment time. I was still happy with this as Mihali had had such good reviews and i did not mind waiting. He was due to treat me yesterday, i emailed him in the morning to confirm the 1:30pm appointment. He emailed back saying it was confirmed and he would let me know when he was on his way. Unfortunately that was the last i heard from him, i emailed again around 1:30 to see when he would arrive and he didn't even reply. As of yet he still has not even replied. I am really disappointed with my whole experience and i know Mihali has had some worries about the coronavirus which i totally understand, but to keep rescheduling and then not even bother to turn up or send a message i find quite rude. The main thing for me was to try and get the issues with my back sorted and this has just delayed that process by weeks.
