Google Bad Review (2):  Security here are the absolute worst kind of people. That attitude of better than thou..
Also the events team here need to take a look at themselves and realise that the events they hold also rely on the suppliers. More and more suppliers are putting The Grosvenor on their no work list (me included).
It has come to a point where we advise our clients to book elsewhere for their events.
Its usually one security guy that causes all the problems. I wont be coming back whilst this attitude remains.

Stayed there for 6 nights with three different reservations all using marriott app. I hade a very bad experience there: Price is different for each reservation to the point that I paid for 2 nights more than what I paid for the other four nights in total ( total rip off), forgot some valuble stuff in the room and did not get them back, and after all My account at Marriott was not credited for some nights amid contacting them multiple times. Rooms are not what they claim to look like in the pictures.

Google Bad Review (2):  Location is great. Stayed there for 6 nights with three different reservations all using marriott app. I hade a very bad experience there: Price is different for each reservation to the point that I paid for 2 nights more than what I paid for the other four nights in total ( total rip off), forgot some valuble stuff in the room and did not get them back, and after all My account at Marriott was not credited for some nights amid contacting them multiple times. Rooms are not what they claim to look like in the pictures.
