Google Bad Review (2):  in terms of size, location and equipments the place deserve 4 stars. but I gave it one star because of the lack of management skills I joined in Feb and end my membership today because of the way they handled my case.
I was clear enough before I joined the gym about my serious health condition and they accepted my case then after the lockdown they changed some of the staff and I realized unfortunately they don't communicate properly with their staff and know nothing about their clients serious conditions and requirement.
I'm very disappointed and I will never go to any virgin branch no matter what
