Google Bad Review 1:  I came into the shop today for assistance with my chain which I was given as a gift. Customer service was very poor, made it seem , it was my fault.
The chain was twisted and I had not use it before.
The shop was in Oxford Street. Management needs to retrain staff on customer service and people skills which clearly needs to be addressed.
