Google Bad Review 1:  PROCRASTINATION!!!! Poor property transferring legal service, paid in advance to a job that they got it procrastinated for two and half years. They don’t actively seek to solve client’s problem.
Speaking from an honest customer, if you wish me to delete this review, pls take my case seriously!

Google Bad Review (2):  Stay away from using them for residential property purchases.
The firm failed to advise me to get the proper searches before exchanging contracts and now I'm locked in a contract to buy a property that I wouldn't have if they were doing their job properly. The property is a new built but it's in a high flood risk zone and they didn't advise me to pay for a flood search.
Furthermore, I paid them to handle a Help To Buy ISA and when the date for completion was approaching they said: “We'll apply to get the bonus, but we might not manage to get it on time for completion, so there's a chance you won't be eligible to use it”
