Google Bad Review 1:  Absolutely ridiculous service provider, firstly they sent my kit to the wrong address and asked me to pay again.
I made the payment again and was advised to come and collect the kits at 09:30am, on arrival I was told you have to wait until 2pm? Than I was asked someone will call to sort the issue out in 20 minutes and now it's 12:43 still waiting for the call and kit.

Irresponsible and unprofessional staff promising to call back but do not action, everytime I rang the staff said kit will be ready in 19 mins, and nothing happened but delays.

Very poor service and false information given by staff.

Google Bad Review (2):  Very very bad experience from beginning to end (although the nurse was lovely) This company seems like a mess. You have to chase and follow up on everything. First of all they forgot to schedule my appointment although I had booked (and paid!) this way in advance. If you pay this amount of money you would expect better. Then my day 2 test never arrived at the hotel.I had to chase that multiple times as well because they promise to call you back but never did. Then my test result never was send to me so I had to chase that multiple times again (the reason was they ended my email with .con instead of .com, then blamed it on me for making a typo while all other emails did come in) Then it turned out my name was spelled wrong. Again they promised to send me an adjusted version but they never did. And surprise surprise, who had to follow up on that multiple times? Yes, me…. So it just arrived right before I had to leave to the airport (after emailing, calling, etc) So thanks guys for all the stress! That was exactly what I needed before traveling back home… We will never ever use this service again!
