Google Bad Review 1:  I do not recommend surgery here. After having the initial consultation a medical letter was never provided. Also photos were never taken during the consultation. After querying these concerns to their secretary Joanna. She was extremely blunt on the phone. Stating that letters and photos would be sent just before having the operation. One would have thought it would be appropriate to provide the precise details of surgery way in advance so that the patient is aware of what the procedure will involve.

Google Bad Review (2):  Few weeks ago I had my surgery done at Be Cosmetic Clinic and after thinking about it I decided to share my experience. From the day of my online enquiry everything went smooth and led to a successful surgery. The initial contact I made was with Olga and she talked me through a process in a manner that was easy for me to understand. The information I received was full and clear. She was most helpful and lovely person to get me through this tough time. I was prepared for this surgery really well and I knew what to expect. The surgery was a big success and I can recommend this to anyone. Big thanks to one of the nurses Aga who made this much easier because of her bubbly and positive personality. The moment I was under her care I felt reassured and calm. Doctor Nurein is the real specialist, professional and has extremely good bedside manner.
The whole experience was positive up until this moment. As Aga was preparing me for the surgery I have observed other nurse( sorry I do not know her name) walking into theatre room. I could clearly smell cigarette smoke from her – I was a bit shocked as smell was really strong. The whole surgery was done in a calm and good manner however after doctor Nurein left the room the stinky nurse started throwing equipment into the boxes and saying something loud in the language I could not understand. I could see that the attitude of this nurse has completely changed and made me feel uneasy as i just had my surgery done and i was still on the table.
Shortly after the surgery I was told to expect phone call the next day from aftercare coordinator and was given her phone number if I would have had any concerns. I tried contacting her next morning – multiple times -with no luck. I recieved a phone call back late afternoon, which I think is not right. I found it difficult to get in touch with her for the next few days after my surgery.
To sum things up I think that Be Cosmetic Clinic is a place I would reccomend to anyone who thinks of gynaecomastia surgery but they still have some things to work on. They are on their way to the top but they are not fully there yet.
