Google Bad Review 1:  I am a professional landlord and to my great regret gave Outlet 2 of my properties to manage. A total disaster from start to finish. Unprofessional and incompetent every interaction with Outlet was painful. To add insult to injury they are outrageously over prices and their service useless. Using this agency was the biggest mistake I have made in 20 years in the business. Avoid them at all cost they are probably the worst letting agency in London.

Google Bad Review 1:  I am a professional landlord and to my great regret gave Outlet 2 of my properties to manage. A total disaster from start to finish. Unprofessional and incompetent every interaction with Outlet was painful. To add insult to injury they are outrageously over prices and their service useless. Using this agency was the biggest mistake I have made in 20 years in the business. Avoid them at all cost they are probably the worst letting agency in London.

Google Bad Review (2):  I have had the worst experience with Outlet. Would avoid them like a plague! Been a complete waste of time and they don't have one competent member of staff. They charge exorbitant fees for a service that is supposed to be professional but is far from it.

Best of luck to anyone looking to move into a property they let, you will certainly need it!
