Google Bad Review 1: Be very careful of the deceptive and dishonest billing practices of this dental practice. Multiple colleagues and I used to go to this dentist but then they began quoting you one price for a cleaning and then charging nearly double for the standard cleaning even when no extra work had been done. On multiple occasions we all asked the price right before sitting in the chair and then with no extra work or time spent on us during the cleaning, when we went to pay the price had doubled since we walked in with no explanation. When I complained to reception other customers overhearing what was happening complained they had the same exact issue at this dental practice. It’s a shame because it had been one of the better dental practices in London, but clearly has turned to greedy unethical means.

Google Bad Review (2): Horrible practice! Philip himself is the boss but he doesn't have things under control. His daughter is a complete joke. Extremely slow and incompetent! She should stop practicing dentistry. Would not recommend this surgery to anyone. They always run late and have made a habit of it as if this is normal. Don't do work properly in spite of spending that much time. Really hopeless all over!

Google Good Review: I've been attending this practice nearly fifty years starting with Vivian and then Malcolm and now Phillip Freiberger. Last month after careful investigations and analysis Philip advised that a rear tooth should be extracted as it wasn't in good condition and not easily accessible to keep clean. After numbing my gum with gel, Philip administered the anaesthetic painlessly and went on to extract the tooth again with no pain. I was amazed that I could sit through such a procedure with no discomfort. I appreciate the total care and support I receive from Philip.
