Google Bad Review 1:  I feel so let down and disappointed by my experience because I had been wanting to try a Vegan salon for so long .Firstly the general ambience of the salon was unwelcoming and uninviting.The lady was wearing a mask because she claimed to have a cold .The door was wide open and there was no offer of refreshments I had my long hair cut into what I only describe a bowl cut it is very unflattering and does not suit my shape of face When she explained what she was going to do it was meant to be layered and textured .She didn’t really listen to what I wanted at all .Sorry Rabbit hole your cuts are not worth the 70 pounds I paid

Google Bad Review (2):  Being a vegan salon, I want to like this place so much. I really do. I've now had three bad haircuts in a row and I'm giving up trying

The staff are super friendly, lovely kind people. They use mostly organic, but all cruelty free and vegan products. If I hadn't wanted so badly to support a vegan business with such nice staff I wouldn't have gone back for a 2nd or 3rd time to try and give them the chance to make up for it

The first time they messed up an undercut. It was supposed to be a triangular shape at the back of my neck with lines through it. Instead they shaved it straight across.. kinda like a bowl cut, but since I had long hair I didn't make a fuss and ignored it, let my hair down all the time while I grew it back. It looked so bad, and the lady felt bad enough to knock a tenner off the price so that I could attempt to go to a barber and have them salvage it. They couldn't, and the barbers made lots of comments about the amount of hair they'd left on my shoulders…

I'm not sure that stylist works there any more but 2 years later I decide, hey everyone makes mistakes, let's try again. No undercut this time.

I'm going from shoulder length to a graduated bob.
I don't really know how they messed it up but they cut the bottom way too short so that it just looks like it sticks out massively at the back because of the sharp difference in the length of the layers.
As for the front, there was only a super small amount of hair left at jaw length so it just sort of clung to my face and looked super round and completely unflattering.

I noticed that it didn't look quite so bad if I tucked it behind my ears, so even though it was shorter than I'd wanted, i asked her to remove the remaining bits at the front. She said she'd have to do a whole new restyle for that but I could come back in a few hours.

I went home, then later drove back to the salon (45 mins each way) only to be told she'd overrun and couldn't see me now after all. Oh well, she said she'd try and fit me in the next day

Came back the next day (again she's running late!) But eventually I'm seated and politely explained the bits I didn't like, genuinely at this point just wishing everything goes well.

Well I don't have a round haircut any more… It's triangular. Narrow at the bottom, wide at the top, and completely flat on top. I think the layers on top should have been shorter, and the bottom should have been longer

I'm offering 2 stars just because it's a vegan salon and they are so friendly. I just wish I'd had better experiences

I am so sorry Rabbit Hole.
From their Instagram it seems that they do colour very well, and they cut long hair very nicely, but I just don't think they know how to cut shorter hair at all
