Google Bad Review: We hoped to find a trusted local firm to work with in sourcing new accounts personnel. Whilst after lengthy conversations we believed that they might provide the personal and proactive approach we were looking for in a long term partner it quickly became clear that there was a lack of communication between the staff so i found myself repeating everything we were hoping to achieve. We sent over £4000 + VAT and quickly found ourselves disillusioned in the the level of service and care or time taken to understand our needs. The relationship fell apart when it became clear that they had not listened to us, the client, at all.
I would stay away for using this company as whilst they purport to have your best interests at heart, it simply is not true and they are now demanding a further £4000 + VAT when they have had 2 hours of conversations and little more involvement with us.
Do use a traditional recruitment firm as there is no difference in the ultimate approach although i am guessing it will be cheaper! We will have to do the same in the end sadly.
We were happy in the beginning to pay premium for a long term partner for our accounts needs but were let down most dramatically and now are having to fight for what we believe is their breach and they would like to be paid £8000 + VAT for the privilege!
Initially we even asked to start afresh and get them to come to our office an understand our team so they could better vet applicants, it turns out they are not that frequently in Fulham even though it suggests they are.
Furthermore the principal partner decided that it was too late to salvage the relationship so easier just to send us an invoice for contract work not undertaken.
We are being given the run around and now effectively bullied into paying fees that should not be due.
Although a terrible experience for us i hope this goes some way to prevent anyone else making the same mistake we did.
