Google Bad Review: I have used this company for some years, I often thought Mo a little lacking in knowledge and rather too keen to replace expensive parts in the hope that may do the trick. However he assured me that he was an expert and I believed him ! This October a fault developed, the boiler kept extinguishing and would not relight while hot. I asked Mo if it could be the cutout thermostat which he said was not possible and told me he wouldn’t do anything until I had the flu swept, this proved inconvenient, expensive and totally unnecessary. He then suggested the injector could be blocked or the gas valve may need changing.As he had replaced the valve less than three years ago at a cost of £400 I told him I didn’t want to go down that route. At this point he told me he couldn’t help me and to get a second opinion, this was the best advice he has ever given me ! I found an engineer that knew his job and quickly sorted the problem, the cutout thermostat, the very one I had suggested to Mo ! Although a service was not due for two months I asked him to do one while he was here. It turns out even previous services had not been done to a satisfactory standard, the heat exchanger had been left blocked which could have resulted in dangerous fumes leaking into my kitchen. I strongly recommend you find a certified Rayburn ehgineer or at least one who knows what he Is doing !
