Google Bad Review 1: One of the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with (NB their google rating was 3.4 a few months back and have boosted with fake reviews). When we asked to have the flat cleaned before we moved in, we were assured this would be done, however the flat was never cleaned making for a very stressful moving day (with Zai lying that he had got in professional cleaners which was clearly not the case and i had to send videos of the state of the flat before he agreed to send a cleaner). Would not trust – read other 1 star REAL reviews for the experience you will get.
